DayList Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of DayList, built by Aza Tech. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DayList on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to these terms and the App Store's or Google Play's usage terms. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

Subscription terms

DayList Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price is shown in the app before you purchase and is charged by the App Store or Google Play to the payment method on your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — we cannot cancel or refund it on your behalf, since we never handle the payment ourselves.

Your own AI key

If you connect your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that provider's usage fees, rate limits, and terms of service — those charges are between you and the provider, not us. AI-generated output (plans, summaries, suggestions) may be inaccurate or incomplete; use your judgment before relying on it.

No warranty

DayList is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aza Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DayList, including loss of data that was never backed up to your own cloud storage. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO(release): jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
